I believe my purpose in life is to have a voice and share my knowledge of things. I believe in making God, my family, and myself proud. As a kid I did not have a voice, not because I was scared, but because I was a child and no one listened to a child. I still had things to say and do but every just saw me as little defenseless child; especially since I am in a wheelchair that put the extra weight of “oh she doesn’t know what she’s saying she’s so cute” they only saw me but they didn’t know me. Now that I am 23 and in college and am in the criminal justice major I feel that people will actually let me speak and help the way I always wanted to.
